So far it has been solid. I like that it has a much lower stack height than the tririg version and is significantly lighter as well! I've done a handful of indoor rides on it but haven't yet taken it outside. I think I might throw some blue loctite on that main bolt before venturing outside. All said I'm very happy this far!
Easily loosened, when re-fixed, the steps are cumbersome and inconvenient
As with everything I have purchased from you guys, this BTA mount is no different….EXCEPTIONAL!!! In product, in service in quick delivery. Couldn’t ask for more.
Fit is great. Adjustability as well.
I had trouble with the pivot screw: the lever first got loose and the entire thing came apart. That's on me though. Roads are terrible here (chip seal) and the rattling did the rest. Will have to use Loctite and possibly an anti-slip layer between the individual parts. Improvement suggestion would be to include some indexing grooves so smooth metal on smooth metal doesn't slip as easily. Would still buy - quality, material and fit are great.
