I had high hopes for this mount, but have run into a few issues. I first installed the mount and everything was great. Fit well on the bike and GPS felt secure when riding. Problem came when I went to install the base that allows you to install a light onto the mount. I started to unscrew the bolts and the nuts that are housed inside to mount to secure it broke free from the plastic and started free spinning. This made it impossible to remove mount from the bike, and scratched my aero bars a lot! The nuts breaking free from the housing happened on 3 of the 4 bolts. In the end my only option was to cut the mount off my bike. I also reached out to the customer service team to let them know this happened and got no response at all.
Knowing I had an upcoming race , and limited options for buying these mounts, I placed a reorder for a new mount and upgraded to 2 day shipping. A week later and I still don’t have the replacement mount and no idea when it will arrive.

So happy with this computer mount. So much better than I expected. Looks great, fits perfect, works great, gets the computer up and out of the way of your arms on the Canyon Speedmax cockpit.
So happy with this piece that I ordered another one of their products right away.
